The Broil King 11237 cast iron griddle can be used in place of a Broil King cooking grid. It is constructed from heavy duty cast iron with a matte porcelain coating. The griddle is designed to be reversible, with a smooth side for frying and a ribbed side for searing. Suitable for Portachef 320, Gem 300 Series and BK 310 barbecues.
